Here at The Little Bike Company, our mission is to help more kids to have more fun on their bikes, so we LOVE Bike Week. It’s a week when everyone is encouraged to talk about their cycling experiences, dust of old bikes, ensure their kids have a bike that’s right for them, grow in cycling confidence and raise awareness of the benefits of cycling.

Our families will be taking part in #7daysofcycling, a great opportunity to get out with your kids and enjoy a cycling activity seven times to celebrate Bike Week. Happy cycling!

Facebook and Instagram Sweepstake 10th – 16th June 2019

Please read these terms carefully before entering the competition. Entering the competition constitutes an acceptance of these terms and conditions .

About the business

The promoter of this competition is The Little Bike Company Ltd, Unit 11 Canalside, Northbridge Road, Berkhamsted, HP4 1EG

 

Who can enter

The Competition is open to any resident of the United Kingdom over 18 years of age

The Competition is closed to employees of The Little Bike Company Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the Competition.

Automated or bulk entries from third parties will be disqualified.

We reserve the right to exclude serial competition entrants who have entered more than 4 competitions in the last month.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

Dates of competition The Competition opens at 7am on Monday 10^th June and closes at midnight on Sunday 16^th June 2019

Entrants can enter at any point between these dates.

 

How to Enter

On Facebook, to enter the competition the entrants must like the post and are asked to like the page and tag a friend with kids who love to have fun on a bike

To enter the competition on Instagram the entrants must Follow @thelittlebikecompany and tag a friend with kids who love to have fun on a bike.

 

How will the winner be selected and announced

The winner will be selected at random from the list of all entrants across both platforms. Names will be entered into a spreadsheet and numbered and a member of staff that has not seen the spreadsheet will choose a number between x and y who shall be the winner.

The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram or Facebook, the platform they used to enter the competition, within 7 days of the closing date.

If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

 

Details of prize

The prize for winning the competition will be £250 to spend on a bike at The Little Bike Company. Ltd.

The Prize is as stated and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, goods or services. Unless specifically agreed in writing by The Little Bike Company

The Prize is not transferable.

 

Marketing Promotions

The Little Bike Company Ltd reserve the right to use the voice, image, photograph, name and likeness of the winner for publicity and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice to the winners. In entering the Competition, all participants consent to such use of their voice, image, photograph, name and likeness.

Copyright of any material produced as part of the competition is owned by The Little Bike Company Ltd and/or its content suppliers.

Unauthorised use of the material produced as part of this competition, including reproduction, storage, modification, distribution or publication without the prior written consent of The Little Bike Company Ltd or, where applicable, the respective competition entrant is prohibited.

You consent to your first name, photograph and social media handles about you being disclosed on The Little Bike Company Ltd’s digital channels or other media if you win any Prizes under the Competition
