Clothing and accessory orders are sent 1st Class Royal Mail. Any order totalling £30 or over, we send out free of charge. If you’re not on mainland U.K. or in the Highlands, there may be a charge for shipping.
Bicycle and larger accessories we send out using a courier service – usually APC and sometimes UPS. This is free of charge and they will deliver before 4pm (APC) or 6pm (UPS) the day after we ship your item. We send you a tracking code when we ship. Saturday or timed delivery (e.g. before 10.00 a.m.) is possible, but costs extra. Please call us on 01442 872123 to find out how much.
Some of the bikes we sell we don’t hold in stock and we order from the manufacturer on an order by order basis. For some manufacturers, like Orbea, bikes can take up to 10 days to reach us. Each bike product page has stock availability detail.
We aim to ship everything as quickly as possible. However, we are a small family business and not Amazon, so please don’t expect things to arrive the same day you order!
Having said that, we will be flexible and helpful whenever we can. If you have an urgent requirement, just call us on 01442 872123 and if we can help, we definitely will.
You can return an item for a full refund or exchange up to 28 days after you have received it.
If you would like to return a bicycle, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for the bike to be collected and returned at our expense. The bike must be properly packed using the packing materials (or similar) they were sent with. If the bike has been damaged in transit to us due to poor packing, we reserve the right to charge you for that damage.
If you would like to return clothing or accessories, please send it back to us at the address below with a short covering note to let us know if you would like a refund or exchange.
