We ship items Monday – Friday, either using a courier service for bikes or Royal Mail for clothing and most accessories. During extremely busy times, like the Christmas period, it may take longer. We do not dispatch at weekends and bank holidays, (this includes orders from Friday 12 pm, Sundays and Bank Holidays).
Please remember: keep the tracking detail information until your order has been received and there are times when delivery takes longer than expected due to reasons beyond our control.
Each bike product page shows stock availability. If it says it is in stock, for woom bikes, we have it in the warehouse. For Frog and Squish bikes they are either in our warehouse or quickly available from the manufacturer.
Every bike we ship has to be built up, set up and carefully safety checked by us. To ship it safely, we then partially dismantle the bike. This means that on receipt, you will usually need to put the pedals and handlebar on the bike and sometimes the front wheel. We include some basic tools to do this and also clear instructions how to do it. All bicycles (and some larger accessories) are sent out using a courier service – usually DHL or Parcelforce. Delivery is Free of Charge (unless the address is not in mainland Great Britain or in some far, northern parts of Scotland). The courier company tries to deliver the next working day after the item has been shipped although there may at times be things beyond their control too, like severe weather.
Clothing and Accessories
If the desired item is in stock, we aim to send it out within 3 days of receiving the order.
Clothing and accessory orders are sent 1st Class Royal Mail. Any order over £40 or more is sent out Free of Charge. There maybe a postage charge if the address is not in mainland Great Britain or for some northern parts of Scotland.
We send you the Courier tracking code information when we ship the item(s).
DHL and Parcel Force usually will send you an email/text confirmation about delivery date and timing. Please follow their instructions to change any delivery locations or timings.
If a Saturday or timed delivery is required, it will cost extra. Please call us at 01442 872 123 to discuss it when placing your order.
We always aim to ship everything as quickly as possible and will be flexible whenever we can. If you have an urgent requirement, just call us on 01442 872 123. If we can help, we will.
The UK government have now made it so hard to ship to EU, we cannot do so. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to enquire about shipping elsewhere.
You can return an item for a full refund or exchange up to 28 days after you have received it.
If you would like to return a bicycle, please contact us by email at email@example.com and we will arrange for the bike to be collected and returned at our expense. The bike must be properly packed using the packing materials (or similar) they were sent with. If the bike has been damaged in transit to us due to poor packing, we reserve the right to charge you for that damage.
If you would like to return helmets, clothing or accessories, please send it back to us at the address below with the returns slip included with your order to let us know if you would like a refund or exchange.
