Delivery & Returns

UK orders

Clothing and accessory orders are sent 1st Class Royal Mail. Any order totalling £30 or over, we send out free of charge. If you are not in mainland Great Britain or in some more northern parts of Scotland, there may be a charge. Clothing and accessories are normally sent within 1-2 working days of receiving an order.

Bicycles and larger accessories we send out using a courier service – usually DHL and sometimes Parcelforce. This is free of charge (unless you are not in mainland GB or are in some parts of northern Scotland) and they will deliver the next working day after we ship your item. Remoter parts of the country may take 2 days or more.

Normally we ship bicycles 3-5 working days after receiving an order. At busier times, this may take significantly longer, especially during periods of pandemic. If your order is date sensitive, please check with us first before you order. We send you a tracking code when we ship. Saturday or timed delivery (e.g. before 10.00 a.m.) is possible, but costs extra. Please call us on 01442 872123 to find out how much.

Each bike product page has stock availability detail. If it says it is in stock, we have it here or in our warehouse.

We aim to ship everything as quickly as possible. However, we are a small family business and not Amazon, so please don’t expect things to arrive the same day you order!

Having said that, we will be flexible and helpful whenever we can. If you have an urgent requirement, just call us on 01442 872123 and if we can help, we definitely will.

Every bike we ship has been built up, set up and safety checked by us.  We then partially dismantle them for shipment.  Normally, pedals and handlebar need to be put on the bike upon receipt.  Sometimes the front wheel also. We provide some basic tools and very clear instruction on how to do this and we are happy to handle any queries on 01442 872123 or help@littlebike.co.uk

Export orders

We do not export woom bikes at all. Other bikes and accessories may be exported, but you will be charged the cost of shipping. The UK government have now made it so hard to ship to EU, we cannot do so. Please contact help@littlebike.co.uk if you want to enquire about shipping elsewhere.

 

 

Returns

You can return an item for a full refund or exchange up to 28 days after you have received it.

If you would like to return a bicycle, please contact us by email at help@littlebike.co.uk and we will arrange for the bike to be collected and returned at our expense.  The bike must be properly packed using the packing materials (or similar) they were sent with. If the bike has been damaged in transit to us due to poor packing, we reserve the right to charge you for that damage.

If you would like to return clothing or accessories, please send it back to us at the address below with the returns slip included with your order to let us know if you would like a refund or exchange.
