Free Shipping for Orders £30 and over

Currently our website only ships free within UK (excluding the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands).  Please call (44)01442 872123 or email help@littlebike.co.uk if you are interested in purchasing from overseas or any of the excluded areas in the UK.

 

What delivery method do we use?

We use a mixture of 24 hour courier and Royal Mail for delivery of all goods we despatch.

 

How are the bikes packaged?

We build up and inspect the bikes to the following standards - EN 14764, EN 14766, EN 14781 and EN 14765

In the main, we then remove the pedals and the front wheel and package the bike.  Sometimes we also remove the handlebars. We supply instructions into how to re-install the pedals, handlebars and front wheel.

Some balance bikes are provided boxed by the original manufacturer with both wheels and handlebars off. These are very simple to install and clear instructions are provided to guide installation.

 

How quickly will I receive my goods?

If the product is in stock we will despatch within 2 working days.  In the case of bikes, we will need an additional 1 working day from order to build and safety check the bike before we despatch it.  During busy periods (especially Christmas), despatch might take 4-5 working days. Our courier will then deliver bikes and scooters the next working day following despatch (or the day after that in the case of Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland and any deliveries off mainland GB).  

In the case of clothing and accessories Royal Mail will deliver via 1st Class delivery which will take up to 3 days.

Sometimes we have a holiday (not often)!  Sending out orders will take a little longer than usual in these cases.  Please check at the bottom of our homepage to see if we are away.

If you are in a desperate hurry for your stuff, then please give us a call (01442 872123) and we will do all we can to help.

Someone will need to be available to sign for a bike or scooter - or you need to identify an alternative safe place to leave it. 

How much does it cost?

Delivery is free within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands) using the methods described above for orders of £30.00 or more.  Delivery is £3.95 for orders of under £30.00.  Call us on 01442 872123 if you need to speed things up! 

 

Returns Policy

If You Change Your Mind

Once you have received an item and then decide you don’t want to keep it, you can return it to us up to 28 days following receipt of the product for a full refund.  If you decide to return the item, please contact us at help@littlebike.co.uk or phone 01442 872123. Any returned item will need to be in its original packaging and unused.  In the case of bikes, please ensure it is well-packed before you send it.  We will pay the postage/delivery costs for any bike or other item costing £100.00 or more.  We will refund your money once we have received the returned item  Your refund will be made to the card used for payment or your Paypal account. It can take up to 10 days from receipt of the product to for the funds to appear in your account.

If the Product is Incorrect or Faulty

If we have supplied you the wrong item or it is faulty, you can return it to us up to 14 days following receipt of the product. Please log into Your Account at www.thelittlebikecompany.co.uk, click on the order and the item you intend to return. Please follow the returns procedure.  Any returned item will need to be in its original packaging and unused.  In the case of bikes, please ensure it is well-packed before you send it.  We will pay the postage/delivery costs.

If you ask for a refund, we will refund what you paid for the product and delivery once we have received the item.  Your refund will be made to the card used for payment or your Paypal account. It can take up to 10 days from receipt of the product to for the funds to appear in your account.

If you ask for a replacement, we will despatch it as soon as possible.  This can take up to 5 working days if we have the replacement item in stock.

If the Product Fails Prematurely After Use

Some products may need to be returned under warranty to the manufacturer.  In the event of any product failing prematurely, please email us at help@littlebike.co.uk or call us on 01442 872123. 

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
