A balance bike for a child aged around 2 to 4 years old. The Woom 1 is made of lightweight aluminium tubing, has high quality wheels and has been designed around the needs of kids riding a first bike. The Woom 1 balance bike suits a child with a minimum inside measurement of 26cm, which means riding a bike is available to smaller riders than some bikes from other manufacturers. At 3.2kg the bikes are also lighter than many other balance bikes and so are easier to ride. We have some purple bikes left in stock.

Ordered this amazing bike late Sunday night and it arrived 11am Wednesday. Fantastic service. The bike had been prepped ready to use right away. The quality of the woom 1 is extremely high. It feels super solid but also very light. I bought this for my 2 1/2 yo daughter. She is very small but fits on it beautifully and can handle it well as it is so light. We have only had it an hour or so and she is already exploring it. I don’t think it will be longer before she is chasing her big brother on his bike.

Quite simply this was the best purchase I could have made for my little guy. He is already flying around on it, coasting and he’s only just turned 2.. he figured this out in no time at all (minutes, not hours!). Just one thing that he needs to master… brakes! 🙂
Simon at The Little Bike Company was wonderful to deal with. At the time I ordered I knew there was a going to be a wait and Simon had been clear with me about that. Woom were not able to make them fast enough to meet the demand and it was about 3 months from order to finally arriving. Not a problem, the rider was a bit too young anyway! When it did arrive, they emailed me, confirmed the delivery address and it arrived very quickly with great instructions.
Although I’ve not tried other brands, everything I’d read about the Woom 1 was excellent and I knew that it was one of the best, if not the best balance bike available. Now we have it, I am convinced it is the best bike out there even without seeing the others. It is expensive but so worth it, don’t skimp on these things.
I’m so happy with the purchase – both the product which is outstanding and the service from the little bike company – I’m already talking to them about the Woom 2!!!
